I was wondering - how about LYC just take a bit of a chance and start loading and sending over the ships?
Given it will take a few weeks for the raw material to arrive in port?
Possibly, while in transit the GREEN light will be given anyway to fire up the plant.
I am sure they are considering this???
Any views?
