fromeister - great idea..... doubt whether it would win much support from core of pna shareholders though.

would give pna a stake in a mine in aust (decreases their sovereign risk which is total for them).

would hand ozl a proven ceo (gary stafford) and hopefully pick up most of pna board whilst the current ozl board is shafted.

takeover would be good - money well spent for a change.

unfortunately it looks as though martabe is going to be sold (hopefully not to hegarty). although i can't understand why banks wouldn't extend finance or some sort of new re-finance specifically for martabe.

if we kept martabe then we would have a proven team under gary stafford capable of bringing it to production.
