I strongly suspect that the board of RCI is selling the company cheaply to CC&C. This is why the don't release the drilling results completed in last qtr.
It could have billions of tones potential metallurgical coal.
Back to the Indian-Chinese War, here is an piece from the Australian:
"We are very keen to beat the Chinese," he said (Bhushan Steel managing director Neeraj Singal). "The CC&C deal is not good for Rocklands shareholders. We want a very strong base in Australia. Basically, Bhushan wants to help fund development of Rocklands' mines. Once we are able to develop them, real benefit will come to Bowen shareholders."
I hope the board of RCI should use its power to the fully extend to extract as much as possible benefit for existing shareholder, neither the CC&C, nor Bhushan.
They can postpone the meeting to begin with, and then talk to CC&C for better terms, or get better deal from BWN.
