IMAGINE IF all the major resources went into trading halt and then suspension as they were not prepared to let their stock trade on an "uniformed basis"
ie they could say "we cannot give full disclosure to the market as we dont know how the resource tax will hit our bottom line therefore we cant allow ours shares to trade on such an uninformed basis."
