Sorry guys, but raider has spent so much time talking about UNI's dodgy management so I thought I might just outline why I am avoiding this stock.

Where is the 55mil predicted revenues?

The revenue growth forecast announcement on 12th August 2005 stated that they expected $50 - $55 Million in 12 months.

Now here we are, 18 months on and they have revenue of less than $5mil for this year to date. Now Im not quite sure how anyone could overestimate revenue by that much, but looks very dodgy to me. I know that people will say that the guy who said this is gone now, but the directors around him had to have agreed with him for him to issue that announcement, so they're just as bad!

Now just for a summary:
12th August prediction - $55 million revenue annually.

3rd Qtr 2005 - $2,674,000
4th Qtr 2005 - $1,555,000
1st Qtr 2006 - $2,063,000
2nd Qtr 2006 - $1,141,000
Total for 2006 - $7,433,000

3rd Qtr 2006 - $2,184,000
4th Qtr 2006 - $2,632,000
6 months to 31 December 06 - $4,816,000

At no point have they revised or given new revenue forecasts (that I have seen - feel free to correct me here).

Now I will say that this years revenue is likely to be probably $2mil above last years. But given all the acquisitions and Patents / licences etc. this company has made I would be wanting much higher revenue.

Seems to me that each time the revenue starts to slip a bit, they just buy another company to take up the slack.

Ok thats the meat of it. Let the shalacking start. I know my name will be mud (or already is) after this, but really, with so many other stocks out there that are outperforming, why would you dump your cash here?

Can others (while giving me a flogging) please tell me why this is better that any other company?
