well on the gold coast people are not lowering anything yet still getting ridiculous prices for absolute dumps small plots of land all squashed together with no privacy and little room to move or even worse dodgily built apartments with high body corp fees
the developers and real estate industry here is a joke it`s all a facade but can`t see anything changing with cashed up baby boomers coming here in droves from Melb and Sydney
