I am not talking today as such but in the not to distant future. 1 year ago in USA people thought nothing could dampen the property market. Look at all the property trusts failing Fincorp etc, if there was still plenty of money they would still be going. The warnings are there. it wont effect everyone, only those who have stretched to far (Ie the novices and unfortunately the battlers) We live in a must have now society but it will catch up. If people had money we wouldnt need the buy now pay in 4 years etc. Well the 4 years are just about up and people are about to start paying, add that to interest rate hikes and we will see some sad stories emeging (mostly fueld by previous lack of knowledge and greed) And yes I hold apg, aqg, ego tee oxr pno aex and others, dont follow my choices stay working (LOL)
