Wait as long as you like , however what will happen in reality is you will simply price yourself out of the market totally , to think you are going to fing absolute " top and bottoms " is a crazy stategy .
Far better you use Real Estate interests as a platform or base to wealth building , to think you can sell and buy back in ..particularly in inner Melbourne is plain stupid .
There may well be a " crash " if our basis point is 1.8 mil in Kew !! So what !! ..would never drop enough . If you want to sell a house to move to a cheaper area fair enough ..but who is going to run the Demand v Supply in a particular area ? ..Totally ridiculous .
In parts of Queensland I guess , but forget trying it in Melbourne ..Like my friends who sold at "" The top "" in Brighton ... Ending up in Carnegie , thats all you will achieve .
