    in same boat as you revels, it was a bad day all round for me, apart from my shares getting smashed I read an article about Kew property prices (in Melbourne) which have risen 30-60% the past year..."a bubble within a bubble" the Age article said

    I sold my house in kew last August at auction, there were no bidders at all and it took a month to offload it

    that article really hurt :-(

    anyway I am renting at the moment, will be back in property next year I think, it was a personal decision rather than a financial one
