Nothing listed there changes the debt into equity - debt is debt. Possibly prevents a default being triggered for the next 7 months. I do not know whether any of it creates a legal obligation. I doubt it. but as I said, perhaps SE really is a good guy, either that or he is appeasing the big shareholders.
