On 21 July 2023, the ASX informed theEWC that it would not consider reinstating EWC’s shares to trading until it satisfieda number of conditions, including cash-flow forecast statement for the 12 month period commencing from the date the Full year Audited Accounts are lodged with ASX, the precise form to be confirmed by the ASX, which opines on the working capital and financial condition of EWC.
This 12month period commenced on 1 October 2023 and will finish on 30 September, 2024(well past the June 204 due date re: loan repayments to EWI and SF.
EWC has metall ASX conditions, as its shares were allowed to trade again in early October,2023.
