Your question has been " re SO CALLED drilling program in Africa...they drill one hole, then STACK the rig, with out a mention of what the plan is!!!!?????.
The answer to that question and the PLAN is in the quarterly report and in the annual report on the Baraka website.
The plan is for the next 3 years to buy into oil producing tenements to produce income to finance their postion in Mauritania/Mali whilst at the present continue to do detailed surveys towards pinning down possible drilling sites.
Maybe you need to do a little research to relinquish your fears if you are in for the long haul.
I suggest you read/listern to the broadcast mentioned by Cara and reda the annaul report on BKP website.
