maybe they are just considering the old 'buy the rumour, sell the fact' effect.
after a nice pop following Kuantan High Court decision, it seems reasonable the price would start to drift lower again.
look at the chart for the S&P 500. it has drifted lower ever since QE3 was announced. buy the rumour sell the fact in action.
plus who is to say they'd be 'another 20%' higher in future? we have to weigh up decisions like that every time we place a buy or sell order. so do companies when they raise capital.
maybe they are just considering the old 'buy the rumour, sell...
