I think they were trying to use the momentum of the positive court outcome to get the inevitable CR out of the way before anything else could go pear shaped.
I calculated a theoretical diluted price of aprox .79 cents taking into account the full 200mil worth of shares issued at .75c.
.75 cents is a pretty good price to get 200million and I think the bookbuild would have proven quite promising demonstrating strong demand.
This should put them in a decent financial position to see it through to first cash from sales.
just my opinion of course.
