You'd have to ask the board that question. Perhaps the heard the cries, or perhaps third party mills nearby lacked capacity or motivation. The upside is that the geology has been tested by the neigbour in 2009 when Navigator bulk tested 7000 oz. Then the price of gold was around $900 per oz. That generated $2million for Nav in four or five months. So if things come together for RCF they will be pulling an extra $400 per oz. Plus there is the possibility of cheaper costs and higher grades.
I have been in this stock far too long and would be more than happy to just get my money back, twice I've nearly sold for a tax loss.
However this long hoped for plan may just be enough to roll the now pea size snowball over the top and gather momentum quickly.
