I get the impression that this may have been getting set up for some months prior.
It stinks as usual.
NST low ball offer coming, and small mum and dad shareholders are being coerced into accepting any offer and made to feel grateful for the scraps they receive, as usual.
So once again, I'd say NST will lob a 40% offer to the current price, at about 35c to 38c, but it looks like it's all being manipulated for a 35 cent offer IMHO.
