    Good or bad, that's what the management decided to do and SH has paid the price in the short term. I'm curious - why the acquistion NOW? I have a lot of questions regarding the timing - SP hit the all time low, SH confidence shattered, lessons from the past, COVID driven revenues of HM. But why NOW? Another SP manipulation? Would be interesting to see who are buying in bulk (if any).

    I think it is more important to understand the timing of the acquisition than why HM.

    Thoughts would be appreciated. If it's already been discussed please let me know.
