    Siyi wouldn't have spent money on a factory/assembly plant for O4 and employed doctor Z from the MPS as well as staff if they weren't serious. Why would he bother changing jobs if it wasn't going to happen? I just find it hard to believe its only money. He would have looked at the future of the company and the security of his position. Things are OK until we are told otherwise. Don't know about the USA.
