As for the rest of your post excellent. Words such as negotiation, meeting them to a point, and noncompliance does not necessarily mean the wont buy, are the very points I have been looking to discuss. You even gave your opinion on the very point of my concern eg being taken advantage of. Thank you for a civil response to my questions that is all I really was after. It will be interesting to see if there are any more requirements added by the MPS as the deadline approaches.
