When we inially discussed after the update i thought the statement you quoted

"final product approval is still expected by June/July 2009 provided SBL is able to resolve the storage condition issue to MPS’ satisfaction."

Which was included in the january update is pretty self explanatory just like the partner statement.
So i thought everyone realised and thats why it was dicussed at length.
You are 100% correct that they are implying we need to fix this problem to be successfull.
So nothing has changed since the update mate.

It is an issue just like the re calibration issue we had last year 4ng to 8 ng remember.
Which personally i think was a bigger issue.

So yes Harv this is another issue we need to fix if we are to be successfull but there has been others before it so the goal posts havent changed mate.
Its all part of the process we along with SIYI must complete to satisfy the MPS.
Still think its a problem easily fixed hence why i would be more concerned that the trials are successfull.
Because if they arent then the temp issue wont matter because it will be all over.
