    It is not as if the Carnegie technology experts are new to this either.  The test facility at Fremantle has been used for a number of years to perfect these systems in readiness for PWEP.

    Other wave energy companies will benefit from the systems pioneered by CWE but they will have to pay.

    For instance a startup wave company like SHE,  has the choice of investing in and developing there own computer, communication systems, hydraulic, etc., or they can contract someone else to provide that service.  It has taken CWE ten years to get to this point, would a SHE holder be willing to wait that long for them to catch up?

    Think about the level of expertise required to harmonise an array of two hundred wave energy devices?
