    The only reason Garry Sladden is still chairman and on the IGN board after 10 years is the support of only 3 shareholders.
    John Plummer, **riel Radmynski of ASX listed activist fund Sandon Capital and the ex-IGN CEO Tim Moran who was paid a $100,000.00 performance bonus before residing over IGN's 2023 loss of $1,525,00.00 and now works for an IGN competitor.
    It will be interesting to see how they all vote tomorrow at IGN's AGM.
    On what basis can they justify continuing to support Garry Sladden as the chairman and the current board structure?
