Sorry but this is ridiculous. It was an "off market" trade done on the 30th June. More than likely John transferred it across to an associated entity for taxation purposes.
Put in perspective, he's entitled to do what he likes and it's extremely petty to draw meaning from him selling or transferring shares. Directors have accounting commmitments aswell, just like everyone else.
