I like to think of us as a value add that can extend the IP of existing commercially successful drugs for BP.
Throw us in the mix and you have a whole new therapy for your customers, can continue making money, all the while improving patient outcomes.
If BP wants to have a go once therapies have FDA approval, I think they will need to get in line and will have a hard time convincing the holders of majority shares (think 90% required) to take a deal when on the precipice of huge growth and revenue.
Never say never, but if this is as good as we are all hoping, I would like to think a good portion will want to see it through to the end to unlock the absolute most value.
