I did touch on that mysterious loan.

I was more interested in "was it recoverable" rather than to who the borrower really was as I assumed it would be a deal behind a deal behind etc etc (hahahah).

I didn't get an answer by the way.

I assume by the way the loan was rolled forward, that it is a potential problem.

Maybe it will just disappear into the mix of the takeover.

i.e. The Black Empowerment folk may be swayed to never trying to collect on it. That would be the obvious treatment if it is indeed an unsecured loan to the Dubia based connection.

One can only scratch ones head if a loan like this is made unsecured (I have no idea if it is) and in particular if doesn't relate directly to a mineral project.

If, and only if, the worse case scenerio has occurred than shareholders need to grow a spine ( a rare occurance in my experience) a go to war over it.

Did anyone ask about it at the last AGM?
