I try and ensure that I come in when a share price is well below its real asset value. That way, you dont have to rely on who's doing what to who, the asset value will usually save your arse at the end of the day if it comes to that.
I will say one thing to you and the others who intend to vote against it, you all seem to be assuming that NKP will only be happy with 100% of the company.
I think Sagey will be able to deliver 51% on his ear and that may well be enough to satisfy NKP.
In fact, it may be their desire, to only have to stump up $30M, not $60M in the short term. The Royalty loan, may be all they need to do this.
Not sure if I would be sitting behind in IGC at the mercy of the gang running NKP. If I stayed around, I'd be more like reinvest in NKP.
