Thanks for your post Toby. You make some interesting points on the technicals.
I wonder to what extent escrowed shares and options have on trading volumes and share price.
At IPO capital structure included 38M options and ~58M shares and convertible notes under escrow arrangements:


Since the IPO there have been 16 separate announcements relating to release of shares from escrow and/or exercise of options.
Most of these would have been well in the money at the time of release/exercise, so it is reasonable to assume these may be contributing to the increase in volumes.

The Media Release emailed today regarding the allocation of funding from its OpenCreds Investment Fund to six education providers, indicates they are working hard to secure further contacts. I really don't understand how the OIF functions and whether this business model is being profitably monetised.
