I believe you are the one out of your depth.
I have done extensive research on everyone of the upper- management/board members and none of these people are out of there depth! More like Adam Brimo is blessed to have such a good team!
Also if you don't like OpenLearning and think they are no good, why in the hell are you even here discussing this or wasting your time here.
Why not be more productive and go discuss and trade a stock that you think is better, or not treading its wheels, as you say?
My research shows that OpenLearning is the best at what they do!
