Scientists mentioned on page 1, whereby an agreement with them has been reached to secure their ongoing services, to be ratified at an upcoming EGM. We've speculated all day that shares will be alloted to them by the Company (with time/performance goals in place), and that dilution may be no more than 5% to current holders (about 10m shares).
Will need to wait for the detail.
