Yes good theory if they were in fact able to buy back at 30.
Also as well as 60 cents in the dollar as you have mentioned, solamind are able to sue ANZ for damages which would put them in an even better position.
Personally I would have preferred Opes not happen and my shares were trading above a dollar, but hey thats history now. Would be good if all share holders could mount a class action to sue ANZ for damages as their actions were directly responsible for our losses - just a thought.
