Our latest msb announcement from the FDA (that's food and drug administration" for those that have never seen this acronym pop up in their company notices) was simply saying we have an orphan drug exclusive approval for SR-AGVHD for pediactrics 2 mths and older. It stops anyone else (all over the globe) getting approval in the USA for SR-AGVHD for pediactrics for 7 years....
THE ANNOUNCEMENT DIDN'T MENTION CYP??? Why so salty???
The latest msb/fda announcement will affect other company's across the globe (china, turkey trials) aiming for the same indication and create a moat for msb in the us...$$$
