I hope for investors sake in Cynata, that this is indeed true but it has been stated as a 'Cynata considers'.
You wouldn't want it to be a foot hanging out to be shot at when the FDA says, that's your opinion not ours.
The litigation that would follow from investors would be interesting to say the least.
Ultimately in time as stem cells become the duty of care there will be enough for everyone to be happy with.
