A co. that is sailing as close to the wind as OZL, does not have the luxury of manipulating the timing of announcements I would have thought. Any positive news at any time before the end of feb would be a huge filip not only to SH confidence, but most importantly to the funding entities. OZL management would have to be nuts to be sitting on positive news at this late stage.
