Its happened before many moons ago..price was 11 then low volume to raise at 7 from memory then we where 5.5 then cause of bad environment we needed to raise at 2 cents..guess who took the shares anyway discussions have always been why pab is low the thruth will come out one day..and in a bio boom anyways 90percent of the time its nothing to do with stock just who is pumping it l guess..pab is being kept low for good reason and its happened for 3 years...nothing but good news constantly sold down luck to all
