Why raise money at $4, pay dividends & give 5% discounted shares st $3.75?
Seems like some odd capital management to me.
I'm revisiting my valuation for MVP considering the pullback. Trying to justify 15x revenue. By golly it's hard.
My next research topic will be competitors, who are they? Do they stand a chance or will they lock mvp out
