Why do people buy RUP when the price of RUPDP is usually less...

    Why do people buy RUP when the price of RUPDP is usually less but pays 10% more on the divi ever time ? No problem really with liquidity and no other problems at all. Why I ask, do people not check what shares are on offer for each company before buying. Just a bit of advice to any hopeful RUP purchasers.
