At this stage BPH need to come out with a very good response to ScoMo's comments.
I'd really like them to come out swinging, asking the question "If there are any unseen political reasons that are harbored by the government which prevent the extention to PEP-11 being granted why were they not made clear to BPH and investors BEFORE the application was made? BPH has acted in good faith and spent millions of dollars to further this project. blah blah etc." But I highly doubt they will.
I'm not a CEO so don't know how stroppy they're allowed to be in these situations. But I would be mad as hell if I got knocked back from anything having complied with the laws and regulations in place because of the personal whims of a public servant. Huge blow to industrial confidence if you ask me.
Anyway, I'm glad there is a trading halt and I don't have to think about this until Monday.
