Asculpeous may find more things to add to his list but being an optomistic sod is always hoping for a miracle which in this case that Peter puts the company before his own pecuniary interests.
If Peter gets turfed( and he will if he continues as he is) he will never get a job in the industry again, so best thing is if he burns his pride,takes a pay cut and is rewarded by an incentive scheme with well defined hurdles. Asculpeous can be patient so time frames not of prime importance as working in Africa,as long as the company is run with cash conservation given importance until Ux and V prices start improving.
Peter also needs to show us he is listening and proactive.
