I disagree. There is more money for shareholders who hold until 12 months after Stage 2 is commissioned. By this time, IMO, it will be quite evident how much money is coming and the substantial profit - even before stage 3 kicks in.
Reminder that investing is the movement of money from the impatient to the patient.
