Have we got enough HC PLS holders to aquire/transfer 150 million shares ($97.5 mill at 0.65 c) via a unit trust. Each holder would be issued units in the trust commensurate to the $ amount invested/transferred to the trust. We could trade via a platform that does not lend shares to shorters. The trust could hold say 70% long and use 30% to trade and play havok with the shorters, with that 30% volume having the potential to influence the direction of the sp, keeping the f...ing manipulators and shorters in check.
The trust would be recognised as a substantial holder (6% with 70% long position), thus trustees would need skills in those administrative matters also. Further, we could pay an annual trading fee like the BEOT, as opposed to individual trade costs.
Just thinken out loud, something to counter these scumbags doing what they please with our investments.
