To show how bargain is PLS in these days, I have compared the market cap per million ton lithium in the below table (I understand that this is not 100% accurate but it is still pretty good).

As you can see in the above table,
Compared to AJM which is in the same stage as PLS, the market cap per Mt lithium for PLS is about half of AJM.
Compared to SYA which is in much earlier stage, PLS has equal market cap per Mt lithium.
