although it clearly states that formal agreement is to be sign before chrismas, which is just a couple of weeks away, this stock seems to be so quiet.
Why should ppl wait and buy at a much higher price such as 14 or 15 instead of buying at 8 now???
can anybody explain?
why ppl have to buy at high price
