My take is that there is a massive weight of escrowed stock sitting on the sidelines and it is highly likely to come on board well before there are any substantial results or news - the market is seemingly very sick and tired, and will no longer bother, trying to value "potential", investors generally now look for dollars in the bank (income) as the only real results that matter.
IMO RCE is many years from that, which is well past most peoples tolerance and patience threshhold.
The other slightly sticky issue still hanging over them, is Portison's threat of legal action, seems their strategy at the moment is let RCE and it's shareholders spend the money to advance the products towards market, and then (try to) come in and sweep everything up!
Be good if RCE were able to clearly and once and for all difuse that threat and end the doubt on IP ownership.
Who know if that is possible, but doubt is doubt, and where there is smoke there is fire!
High risk and prospect of a long term 'maybe' return, does not seem to create a particularly popular or good, risk profile for many, especially as the initial (IPO) euphoria is finished.
Anyway, for what its worth!
