That question is more about the ASIC than IP issues.
The timing the Portison team used at the launch of the prospectus was strategic.
Such claims might now be considered more opportunistic and malicious when defended by the facts about the IP.
I don't know these people at Portison but it appears they own a shell company with no IP.
Just my thoughts.
