    higher interest rates mean even higher budget deficits
    expect higher inflation to lift nominal GDP above the growth of federal deficits
    rising interest rates would raise questions over treasury's ability to cover payments on the massive debt so don't expect it
    if you are concerned then go buy bonds
    I'll buy stocks like ESH
