Director selling, although quite common, is rarely a good look, especially when the share price is depressed. The market usually interprets it as a lack of confidence that there will be a near term increase in the share price. Usually has less impact if the SP is booming whereas director buying is a sign of confidence.. He may have his reasons for selling now but that's how the market thinks, and he knows it.
