I think the worst and most undermining part about all of this is that neither Pete coleman nor Woodside as a corporation produced a announcement explaining what happened and the reason behind it (i.e. Pete has sold b/c he wants to diversify etc...)
If you look at CSL whereby paul perry has sold a lot of stock, they have put out a announcement explaining it and ensuring that shareholders know that paul perry still has a significant csl shareholding and a long term outlook towards the share price.
