    Read the data in the link Warnie before you embarrass yourself further. It clearly states "middle ring" as opposed to "outer ring". So no you are wrong in assuming it is in the "boomdocks". You could apply that to the inner ring also if you want to do the calcs.

    Of course not taking into consideration water rates, council rates, repairs and maintenance.

    Then you go on about tax deductions, interest claims, depreciation if investment property, when quite clearly we are discussing rent costs over owning, sure it helps your case if it were in fact applicable to owner occupiers, pity that.
