    I ain't no property bull, but i'm a lil suss about the 43% frop in Ultimo...

    What is it? A penthouse apartment or a standard 2 bedder 1 bthrm?

    I'll tell you what i know.. 2bedders on jones street were selling for around $350k 2-3 yrs ago & now they're selling for $498k!!! FACT!

    WHy? Cause of these damn government grants..
