Goes a long way in ascertaining credibility IMO, particularly when discussing this asset class...that's fine, no need for you to reply...based on your posting style over time, I have already formed an opinion which I don't think is too far off the mark.

Words such as "legit" are unlikely to be used by those in the older brackets.
